TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Terms of Service1. Personal License
The artwork acquired is intended for personal use only. After the final piece is delivered, the client cannot make alterations to the artwork. Whenever the artwork is shared or used publicly, credit to the artist is required.
2. Non-Exclusive Use
The artist retains the right to reuse, sell, or resell the artwork in other contexts unless a prior agreement is made with the client.3. Copyright
The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. If the client wishes to obtain a commercial license, an additional fee will be applied for the transfer of rights.4. Revisions
The commission price includes a limited number of revisions (typically up to three). Changes made after the initial sketch approval will be subject to additional charges. Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged based on complexity.
5. Refunds
Refunds are allowed only if the work has not been started. If the project is canceled or interrupted after the work has begun, the client may receive a partial refund, proportional to the stage of development of the artwork.6. Delivery Time
The delivery time varies between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece. The estimated time will be agreed upon in advance with the client.7. Payment
Payments will be made exclusively via PayPal. To begin the work, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
8. Approval
The project will proceed only after the client's approval of the initial stages, such as the sketch and color base. The artwork will be finalized only after this validation.9. NSFW Content
The artist accepts commissions for NSFW content (explicit or sensitive), with additional fees depending on the complexity of the request. Specific themes or fetishes will be negotiated separately.10. Right to Refuse
The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission, without the need to justify the decision.
